I partnered with Collective Bias on this post.
My secret? I am completely in love with Justin Timberlake. My husband knows it. He’s come to terms with it. Now I just need to get through Jessica Biel Timberlake and that might be a bit of a challenge.
I mean really, do you think she was on the set of 7th Heaven dreaming about her honeymoon with JT and now just a few short months ago it was actually happening? I know I dreamt about marrying Justin
back in the day yesterday
Anyway, back to the good stuff.
Justin has dropped his first new album in over 7 years. SEVEN YEARS. *insert girly scream here*
I was starting to worry that another album wouldn’t ever come out but alas we have the 20/20 Experience! The album came out today so I went to my nearest Walmart to snatch it up ASAP because for this week only it’s only $7 at Walmart stores. I was going to get it as soon as possible anyway but to see a $7 price tag was even better. I know you only have today, tomorrow, and Saturday so hurry and leave now so you can get it before the price goes up next week.
I listened to the 20/20 CD the whole way home (on repeat), then had to put it on my iTunes so I could listen it everywhere. As much as I am jealous of Mrs. Timberlake I am completely in love with “Mirrors“. It’s such a sweet song that he made for Jessica. I can hear the emotion and truth in his voice when he sings every word. *swoon*
I would be very surprised if Justin doesn’t sell over half a million records in it’s first week out and with the 20/20 Experience at Walmart price tag of just $7 I’m sure that’ll help.
Listening to Justin brings back so many fond memories of my teenage years. Justin Timberlake has grown up and I have grown up with him so I love that his music has evolved over the years.
Back in 2007 I went to the FutureSex/LoveSounds concert and I was FRONT ROW. I was so close I could practically taste the sweat dripping from his forehead.
Now that I have two kids I know I won’t be able to have the same experience I did back then (and because of crazy inflated prices) but I hope I can still make it to the Legends of the Summer tour in Miami later this year.
So go out, buy the JT album for just $7. Rock out to it and get the whole… 20/20 Experience!
