Cabana Bay Resort is a completely family-friendly resort so no need to worry about the kids keeping on a certain area of the two amazing pools, or making sure you leave the 10-lane bowling alley at a certain time.
Speaking of the pools – one is a 10,000-square-foot, zero-entry pool with a 100-foot water slide, waterfall features, sand and a 4,000-square-foot interactive play area. Cabanas will be available to guests for rent, and lounge chairs will ring the deck, backed by zones for sunning, game playing, picnicking or relaxing on the grass. The other pool complex will feature a lazy river experience, a first for the Universal Orlando Resort hotels
As you see from the outside when you drive up and the lobby area, all the rooms and suites will feature a retro 1950s and 1960s design, meant to invoke the family resorts and motels of yesteryear. You’ll still experience the modern amenities and services that you expect including WiFi and flat-screen TVs.
Combining affordability with convenience, the hotel’s location is within walking distance of both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Plus, hotel guests enjoy Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter one hour before the theme park opens.
