My husband has been talking about having another baby recently. Like what?! Ben is 15 months now and of course he’s still my baby. I can’t imagine going through pregnancy and labor again. I still remember every bit of labor pain with Ben and no thank you! Then I think about how I sorta let myself go in those first few weeks (heck, who am I kidding, months even) when he came home. No showers for days? that was the norm. I was just worried about staying awake long enough to actually take care of my family. One thing I never forgot to do was brush my teeth though. Wouldn’t matter how crazy my day was either. Maybe it was just once a day instead of 2-3 but I still did it.
I’m not alone either. No matter how exhausted busy moms are, a new survey by Kelton Global states millions of American moms (82% of those surveyed) prioritize their pearly whites over washing their face, or removing their makeup before bed, ensuring a bright and healthy smile is always a top priority.
So while I may not be completely ready for another baby right now (if at all). I know that my teeth will continue to get the care they’ve always had but now even more with the help of REACH.
Do you slack on brushing your teeth when you have a busy day?
