It’s the most magical time of the year and of course, you have to spend it at Walt Disney World to feel the wonder of the holiday season in Florida. We don’t have the snow or even a bit of cold weather (it was 83° today!!) so the way I get into the Christmas spirit is by surrounding myself with the best decorations in town – Magic Kingdom!

During this separate ticketed event, you can stop at 5 select candy cane marked Holiday Treat Location spots for endless free treats just like Santa would have. In years past WDW had more locations and every one was with apple juice and apple slices or hot cocoa and snickerdoodle cookies but this year Disney decided to mix things up. It’s not on the map but each Holiday Treat Location has different treats. I honestly cannot tell you if it changes nightly but for us, the areas were as follows:
- Pete’s Silly Sideshow (Fantasyland) – Hot apple cider/sugar cookies
- The Friar’s Nook (Fantasyland) – Blue snow cones/sugar cookies
- Heritage House (Liberty Square) – Egg nog/ginger cookies
- Tortuga Tavern (Adventureland) – Hot cocoa/snickerdoodle cookies
- The Launching Pad (Tomorrowland) – Hot cocoa/snickerdoodle cookies

Other merry fun to be had includes:
Club Tinsel – Join DJ Kringle and your favorite North Pole pals at Club Tinsel for a holly jolly dance party. Located in Tomorrowland at Cosmic Rays.
A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas – Join your favorite Tomorrowland friends for a Christmas party that is truly out of this world. Located in Tomorrowland at the Rockettower Plaza Stage.
VoicePlay – Experience incredible vocal harmonies in an unforgettable a capella holiday concert. Located in Tomorrowland at the Rockettower Plaza Stage.
Special Disney character apperances – Characters will be greeting guests intermittently throughout the event. This is the time to catch the Seven Dwarfs and even Jack Skellington! Check park map for locations on the night you attend.
On select nights now through December 22, join Mickey and pals for the ultimate Christmas celebration. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a separate ticketed event and begins at 7 p.m., after regular park hours.
