When summer time comes you can find us hanging out at home, outside at the pool, beach, or one of the many parties we attend. With the kids home I find myself having to go grocery shopping more. Why kids can survive at school with only 1 meal but at home, they need to eat 1,000 times… I will never understand. It’s important that I make sure my kids have quality meals and healthy snacks. Being in Florida, we’re pretty lucky. Fresh From Florida and the Florida Department of Agriculture guarantees fresh and delicious food that makes every recipe a win. You can find everything from sweet corn, tomatoes, watermelon and seafood, and our favorite, blueberries. When my kids aren’t popping Fresh From Florida blueberries in their mouth, I use them in a recipe. A yummy treat I like making is Blueberry “Cheesecake” Pinwheels. We like having them for breakfast or dessert! If you ask me, any blueberry recipe is a good recipe.
