What You Need To Make Leprechaun Cookies

Crinkle Cookie Ingredients
- 1 box *white* cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- green food coloring gel
- 1/3 C powdered sugar
How To Make Leprechaun Cookies

Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl or stand mixer with paddle attachment. Once cake mix is combined thoroughly roll into one large ball. It is completely normal for the crinkle cookie dough to be sticky. Add desired food color gel.

Place dough rounds in the fridge covered with clear plastic wrap for 30-60 minutes. Once you know that the dough is completely cold, preheat oven to 375 F.
Remove dough from refrigerator to begin making cookies. Roll tablespoon size balls of chilled dough in powdered sugar generously. The more powdered sugar that is covering the dough the better. They’ll bake up and look perfectly like crinkled paper.

Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dough balls should be 1″-2″ apart to avoid baking into one another.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees F. Watch the cookies closely as the bottoms can burn quickly.
Remove from oven with sides begin to brown. Cookie will appear to be undercooked but will firm up as they cool. Let cool on wire rack before serving.

Simple, soft, fudge-texture! You will want to make a double batch of these cookies because they’ll go so fast you won’t want only one.
