When you stay at Universal Orlando’s fifth on-site resort (following last year’s opening of Cabana Bay) you will be greeted with a look inspired by the free-spirited sense of ease found in the Caribbean. The hotel is reminiscent of a historic island retreat with 1,000-rooms. It will also be home to Universal Orlando’s largest on-site, zero-entry pool at 16,000 square-feet, with a white sand beach, water slide, cabanas and a fire pit!

Don’t worry about getting hungry while on vaca because when you stay at Loews Sapphire Falls you have the choice from many different eateries that include Amatista Cookhouse, a Caribbean-inspired restaurant with open exhibition kitchen and outdoor dining; Strong Water Tavern, a destination lobby lounge overlooking the hotel’s towering waterfalls and offering a tapas-style menu; Drhum Club Kantine, a poolside bar and grill serving freshly-grilled fare and specialty cocktails; New Dutch Trading Co., a quick-service marketplace; and 24-hour room service.

We’re looking to take a trip in September. Maybe we could stay here.
Definitely a resort/hotel I would very much love to stay in, the pool and the restaurants are enough to convince me to come stay and the prices aren’t too bad either.
this looks like the type of hotel I would love to stay in. So relaxing. Not the typical Disney place.
A group of us are going to Orlando in November. I would love to go back to the Universal Studio area.
What a great place to stay and visit. Love the hotel and the resort. Amazing.
Oh wow, this place looks amazing. Look at that pool and the rooms! Talk about a beautiful place to stay. Never been to Universal but if I ever did, I’d love to head here!
Oh my goodness does this place look amazing! I am a sucker for a crystal clear pool like that so they get an A+.
That looks like a great place to stay – in the winter. Right now at my house it’s 90 and oppressively humid. I’m dreaming of Antarctica.
This sounds and looks like an amazing place to stay while visiting Universal Studios. It is cheaper to stay for 7 days and that way you can see the whole park. It takes a couple of days to see everything at Universal Studios and you can enjoy it instead of rushing. Thanks for sharing.
I have been to Florida a couple times and loved it every time I went. This would be an amazing hotel to recharge at while you at Universal.
That is a great rate for a hotel like this. What an amazing hotel to stay at while traveling in Orlando.
The new Universal resort in Orlando would really give you a feel of the Caribbean. It combines elegance and a scenic backdrop for a relaxing visit.
I LOVE Orlando and have many fond memories as a child! What an awesome place to stay! This place is calling my name!
Check out that center light/chandelier thing in the main lobby! Unbelievable! The resort looks really nice, and the price really isn’t that bad. Thank you for sharing :).
This is such a beautiful resort. I was really surprised to see that it so affordable. Definitely something to check out next time we are in that area!
This looks like a fabulous resort! It’s very affordably priced too – perfect for a nice getaway in Orlando.
This looks like an amazing hotel to stay at!! Those are great rates for how nice and amazing this hotel looks.
This looks like it is going to be amazing. I love making trips to Orlando so I’ll have to consider this.
ohh the pool. I am wanting a much needed vacation now! That is amazing!
Wow, this resort looks stunning! It makes me want to go on vacation right now! Thanks for sharing!
This place is gorgeous! The restaurants are amazing and the suite is really big. I will keep this in mind when we go to Orlando.
You had me at the picture of the lobby! Wow! What an amazing place — and that pool! This would be the type of place I’d want to stay in Orlando!
We have been to Orlando a few years back and love our time out there. It would be nice to go back again, thanks for sharing this.
We went to Universal Orlando in 1999 for our Honeymoon & stayed at the Embassy Suites I love that place and we had a great time. It was when Islands of Adventure first opened up. It was awesome, and I remember waiting in line for E.T. the decorations inside were phenomenal of course I’m sure everything has changed although we did go back a few times more, but we stopped in 2006 when I hurt my back & developed Spinal Stenosis. My rides days are over sadly, but I still want to come back some day and see all the shows and sites. Thanks for sharing.
This is an absolutely beautiful resort. The price is excellent considering all of the amenities it offers. That pool is amazing!
